Rastatt's museum for contemporary art has been housed in the former fruit and flour hall of the Rastatt Federal Fortress since 1993. Located in the heart of the city center, the Fruchthalle Municipal Gallery shows group and solo exhibitions of modern artists as well as works from its own collection on art in Baden after 1945. The promotion of young artists and the integration of international positions is also an integral part of the exhibition program.
